- an overall experience of 14+ Years out of which 6 – 8 years managing an Enterprise Business in Networking or Telecom domain handling Client relationship management, people management, process creation and program management, and strategic planning.
- a proven track record in Resource Management, Metrics Management, Planning and Development of Middle Management, Goal setting, Conduct Reviews and give prompt feedbacks, setting and achieving new standards an taking full responsibility for Profit & Loss Management.
-A well rounded professional career with a balance of Technical and Management skills who enjoys working on diverse assignments in a fast paced environment to achieve business goals in a short time frame
