Senior Offshore Gas opportunities in Australia!!

Here are some exciting opportunities -that one of my NPA partner from Australia has been working on.
1.Pipeline Project Manager-
The incumbent would manage the Offshore Installation Contract of the pipeline & umbilical including pre-commissioning.
The key responsibility areas would be managing Personnel, Contractors, Safety, Time Frame, Budget including Helicopter Services, Marine Warranty Services & Offshore Personnel. Obtain outstanding Regulatory Approvals, Manage Design, Installations & Validation.
2.Senior Petroleum Engineer-
The person will provide support to the Exploration department on a particular Project with involvement in other projects. Refine resources & recoverable volumes (with Geo scientists) - particularly factors as derived from Simulation Modeling. Optimisation of Field Developments with regard to Reservoir Properties, Well Count, Pipeline Layout & Control Systems in conjunction with Geo scientists, Process Engineers & Sub sea Engineers. Well test design, implementation, test design, planning for future production plus consider alternate development scenarios.
3. Senior Geologist

Responsible for: Prospect Generation, Regional Geology, Risking & Volumetric Calculation, Petroleum System Analysis, Basin Modeling, Sequence Stratigraphy, Production Geology, Petrophysics, Palynology & Geological Well Operations.
4.Production Asset Supervisor
Set up and implement HSEC monitoring reporting systems for producing assets (routine & non-routine) plus for the Company to act as an Operator. Carry out an internal review of the (outsourced) Facility Operator. Ensure compliance with the Companies’ HSEC Management System including Risk and Vessel Safety. Prepare Remedial Plans as required and carry out Due Diligence studies and Audits both onshore and offshore.
5.Process Engineer
Conduct offshore and onshore engineering studies & detail design of Downstream Plants.Optimise processes & develop new & underdeveloped hydrocarbon resources plus provide technical support for future operations & maintenance issues. Develop Engineering Packages, Change Activities, Conceptual Designs, Project Management, Review Consultants Designs, Equipment Sizing, Modeling & Optimising pipeline size using PIPESIM, HAZOP Participation, Sizing studies using HYSYS, in a team & independently
6.Project Cost & Planning engineer
Assist Head of Engineering & Project Managers with Project Cost Planning, Cost Control, Project Works, Resource Planning & Scheduling. Ensure that Costs are Planned, Estimates are provided & Costs Controlled. Weekly & Monthly Reports including Cash Flow, Estimates, and Cost Analysis. Assist with Tender Analysis, Documentation, Measurement of Works, Valuations & Analysis of Claims. Liaise with all Finance Groups to ensure all Project Costs are Accounted Correctly. Control and manage Costs, Time & Resources.
7.Senior project engineer (FPSO)

Provide Engineering expertise for the Project including FPSO. Coordinate & Manage all Top Side interfaces. Liaise with (FPSO) Contractors & monitor & report on all activities.This person would be required to start in Kuala Lumpur with the Design Contractor, then to Singapore during Construction, then to HO in Australia.

The client is looking for some to head India Market Development

Responsibilities

The incumbent, reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, will lead the corporate market development efforts in developing strategies and tactics for expanding the client's presence in service provider networks in India.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating customer and industry trends, and identifying / driving customer (OEM, integrators, local manufacturing and service providers), industry and company relationships,. The candidate will perform deep dives into selected strategic accounts to setup.

Primary Responsibilities:


The primary focus of the job is to figure out the client's long term business approach to Indian market which includes creating and closing partnerships, with key OEMs, channel partners, SI/services partners, software development companies, etc. This position will recommend key strategies for ALVR market entry and setup. The position will focus on setting up infrastructure for ALVR success in long term (3 – 5 years).

The ideal person would perhaps have:

* 10+ years of experience in the Telecom / Wireless industries.
* Demonstrated success in developing new business with wireless carriers and service providers.
* Proven experience in setting up large multimillion dollar deals.

I am looking for market-savvy, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive on
risk, are brilliant analysts, who can prepare reports and accurate studies
of risks and investment potential on behalf of US clients playing in a
volatile global market. The right individual will be successful in both
team and solo environments, in a number scenarios and capacities. They will
be vital in deal sourcing, company analysis and evaluation, undertaking due
diligence, evaluating technology advantages and sustainability, assessing
technology commercialization potential, preparing industry and country
studies, providing market analysis, etc. Much of this activity will be in
emerging markets of Asia, Middle Eastern, and Former Soviet Union countries.

This individual will work remotely for the first couple of years
domestically and then will be given an ex-patriot package to move to their
respective geographies (i.e. Asia or Middle East or FSU). This Investment

Profile of the Ideal Candidate for Investment Research Director

1. The ideal candidate has investment experience in emerging Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
2. Candidates may have worked for a private equity firm, mutual fund or investment bank involved with investment in/or acquisition of public and private corporations.
3. Candidates must be willing to live or work in the countries of their expertise.
4. Academic background (graduate and/or post-graduate degrees) in technical and/or business fields – for example, engineering, computer science, or telecommunications with a business minor.
5. Ten or more years of work experience, ideally with technology-based products, sales or services. Experience in multiple industries is a plus.
6. Should be comfortable working in an unsupervised environment and be entrepreneurial.
7. Should be a self-starter and problem solver.
8. Above average appetite for risk and be able to handle rejection.
9. Good sales and people skills – either professionally acquired or innate.
10. Good writing and analytical skills.
11. Strong business skills and familiarity with finance and economics, plus
knowledge of global emerging opportunities.
