Round up of jobs handled as of 30th March!

Hungry for Power!!
Its a feeling of deja vu as I try to list out some of the openings we are working on!!A lot of them happen to be in the infrastructure industry! In line with the latest 5 year plan -there are a lot of players in the power industry -trying to build capacity to bridge the growing demand and supply gap of almost 75000 MW!!
The positions are across the supply chain!! Across different levels and functions, for eg:
-Sr General manager-fund raising
-Sr Manager -civil construction
-Sales Manager-power generation equipment company
-Production manager -power generation company
-Quality and Materials Manager for a engineering company
-Legal professionals with exposure to power sector. Positions exist not just in the contracts area, but also in the litigation and at the legal research associate level!
Sticking to infra, we also have some positions for a company that handles turnkey projects-across the country-but for setting up water treatment plants in remote locations. Professionals with experience in project management, as well handling techno commercial functions, are in demand, as also those with experience in selling capital equipment.
In the telecom sector, not surprisingly-among the fastest growing markets in the world, we have mandates for:
1 Country Manager for a US based MNC in the telecom repair.
2. A Service centre manager to be based in the NCR Region.
3. Sales Manager for a MNC company in the wireless space
4. Sales positions in the telecom markets in AP. eg Zonal Business Head, as well as front line executives in the region, as the tele -operators expand their offerings. Ideal persons would be strong contenders from the FMCG industry with a good distribution profile.
5. An expert in the Broadband Remote Access Servers
We are also on the lookout for a Sales Head for a MNC in the construction chemicals client of ours. The ideal person would be a Civil Engineer with experience in technical selling thru a bunch of influencers, eg Architects, specifiers, consultants.
Last but not the least, a challenging assignment is to identify a textile engineer-who is familar with weaving from yarn to fabric, as also knowledgeable about ballistic testing in India. The ideal candidate would be responsible for setting up a state of art ballistic testing lab in India.
Should you wish to know more, please do give a shout. I shall be delighted to hear from you, if you can think of anyone with the above background!
