Earlier this evening, I was informed by an associate that they are working on a very interesting mandate!
The MNC has been in India for a few years, and is presently being managed by a couple of expats-post their JV with a large Indian firm. It now intends to grow aggressively by leveraging the opportunities in India-and is looking at a seasoned professional to lead their talented team of about 150 sales & marketing members, conceptualise and implement a business model.
They are ideally looking for a
-MBA from a premier business school (IIMs, XLRI, IRMA ) with a Mechanical engineering background.
-About 15 to 20 years experience in hard core sales & marketing, preferably should have worked in at least 2 regions in the country.
-Should be very strong in rural marketing
-Must have worked in MNC companies and comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
