Presently, we are on the look out for a topnotch professional to lead the regional ( catering to the Asia Pac customers) support center team in order to achieve direct and in direct client customer support to the client products and solutions.

The person would head a team of about 20 professionals to provide T1/T2 remote support with expected response time and meeting SLA agreements.

An Engineer with a strong exposure to customer support in one of following areas: SQL database, web application, CTI/PBX and VOIPs-would be the most preferred candidate!

Director- Intelligent Buildings business in India

Associate Director-Drug Discovery -MNC group

Yesterday, I had a mail from the HR head of a Pharma company-wanting to know if I would be able to identify a 'returned Indian ' scientist for his organisation!

The company in question is a MNC -and does some pioneering work in the oncology and respiratory domains, and is ramping up its 'only Research centre outside of Europe'. It has about a score of labs-for synthesis and testing of new chemical entities-employing close to 70 research professionals-entirely of MSc and PhD qualified scientists.

They are on the lookout for an "associate director" responsible for managing multiple medicinal chemistry groups in support of small molecule drug discovery efforts.

The ideal candidate would be a Ph.D. in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry from a reputed Institute-if not a postdoctoral experience within a reputed university . About 10 years of relevant experience in managerial position. Contribution in independent design, synthesis, purification and characterization of novel compounds. Good project management skills.

We are working on a mandate for hiring some topnotch professionals for a MNC telecom company in India.

There are a couple of exciting opportunities -based in Bangalore. Both of these postions report into the board, and involve a fair amount of international travel, as the customers/ business operations are spread across Asia and Europe.

We are looking for persons with over 20years experience in MNC organisations with matrix relationships and exposure to offshoring/outsourcing dynamics. One is a role handling customer relationships, and the other a Chief Technologist role-with some one very familiar with voice, mobile, data and ISP technologies and architecutre-and a good understanding of next generation networks.

Director -Software for a US Based Startup company in Bangalore

We are presently working on a Director Software –position for an exciting US based startup in Bangalore.

The person-reporting to the CEO –would be responsible for the software development operations in India and execute the organizational strategy & vision for the India site in the areas of futuristic technology, product innovation and development. This is, in addition to, focusing on developing existing products and concepts.

The role involves driving the product timelines and roadmaps; manage software architects, developers and test teams who are responsible for delivering products and tools. The incumbent is expected to drive all of the relevant technology partnerships associated with the product development

The company is in the construction space –and has a web-based project portfolio solutions built on .NET 2.0

Ideal person would be a person from a strong engineering or technology background. Has strong inter- personal and communication skills and the ability to manage a 100 member team. Strong background in enterprise software or Microsoft technologies is a must. Background in Construction, GIS industry verticals and strong project management skills is desirable.
