One of our clients, a MNC with about 50 employees in India-is looking for a HR Manager to be based in Bangalore.
It is a independent contributor role! The person would be handle end to end HR activities-right from identifying the best talent, attracting them -and motivating them to perform at their best!
While recruitment is likely to take one-third of the time, the person would work closely with the hiring managers -and advice/counsell other members and ensure the right training, rewards and recogintion.
Should you be aware of someone
-At least 6 years HR generalist experience in MNC, with IT/Telecom background
-Solid knowledge in Labor Ordinance and related legislation in India.
-Able to provide creative solutions to people issues and establish an effective communication between employee of all levels and management.
