Last week on my trip to Gurgaon, I had the pleasure of interacting with the Managing Director of the Indian operations of a very interesting company.
They are in the business of " performance improvement", helping clients achieve their goals by improving the knowledge, skill, effort and commitment of their employees, channels, customers and suppliers.
In a little over 25yrs of existence, the company employs over over 1000 people, billing some 350 million Euros annually and with over over 2000 active clients-most of them marquee names!!
Well, they now need 3 or 4 key persons at their Delhi office to make the India story true! I will like to believe its a startup environment, doing high end consulting, (it doesnt come cheap, you know!!)-and needs an evangelist to roll out their plans across the country.
The different roles on offer now are :
1. Conceptualize, design & deliver sophisticated communication solutions for our clients in the areas of employee /response management, employee/customer events, CRM and digital communication
2. Heading the L&D team. ie Direct the set‐up and delivery of Learning and Education projects -involving Training Need Analysis, conceptualization, design & delivery of customised learning solutions for clients.
3. Compensation & benefits specialist- Some who can develop expertise in respect of the Indian tax regime and its application to the employee benefits marketing
4. An E-learning expert. One who can handle Instructional Design/ training delivery/ content and project execution. Hands‐on experience in developing Instructor Led Training (ILT) / WLT / CBT.
