A senior colleague of mine -in the recruitment fraternity was just mentioning about a tough opening which has been difficult to crack!

His client is not from the IT industry-but uses IT heavily for their manufacturing company. They have been looking for a person as a CIO for a while now.

The ideal person would have had a strong grounding in Oracle ERP-and have been in a similar set up -maybe headed an EDP department of a manufacturing company -and has overall about 15yrs exp. And yes, they want someone -who isnt too enamoured of the IT industry-and would assure a decent stint with the company to spearhead its IT initiatives during the next 3 yrs.

The position is based in Hyderabad.

This is a senior management position-and would be responsible for showcasing the best benchmarks - plan & design land areas for projects such as parks, schools, recreational facilities, hospitals, roads, airport, commercial, industrial & residential sites. Will coordinate with architects & engineers.Prepare specifications.

The ideal person would have a Masters degree and about 12-15 Yrs exp in landscape architecture. Must have knowledge of botanical characteristics of trees, shrubs and grasses and latest trends & technologies used in landscape architecture
