Opportunities for cutting edge work in avionics!

Thales group Thales group set to take off in India!!
With operations in 50 countries and 68,000 employees, Thales group is a world leader in Mission-critical information systems for the Aerospace, Defence and Security markets-and has been in Chennai for a little close to a year, hiring about 100 software engineers. The company is now said to be ramping up and is expected to treble its team strength in the next twelve months.
For all those techies-who wish to work with cutting edge technologies while still in India, here is a chance to work on aerospace applications..where the challenge is to develop error free systems.
Would you not want to rub shoulders with a team that has atleast a Nobel Prize winner this year??
While engineers from avionic domain are preferred, there is lot of room for those with embedded system programming, or even those from the telecom domain wanting to move, as well as those strong on Core Java, or C, C++, and even for those who have a strong grounding in setting up quality processes in a CMM level 3 company.
Should you wish to know more, please feel free to reach menon@optionsindia.com and I shall be glad to direct you accordingly...
